What we shipped, when, and what's next.

Pre-seed shipping log — what landed on the site, the platform, and with the first design partner. Public API + workspace product release notes pick up post-Seed once we hit GA. Today: 1 DP live, floor enforcement in production, six-module surface on one substrate.

v 0.7 · the OS

The site becomes the OS · eight motions, six flagships, priced on addresses.

— July 30, 2026

The full redesign ships, and it supersedes every pricing and architecture statement below this entry. The lifecycle is eight motions — Audit (the free Margin Scan) opens it, Find → Price → Fund → Deploy → Maintain → Account run through the six flagships (CPQ, FSM, CMMS, CRM, ERP, Finance), and Expand (Agentic ABM, inside CRM) closes the loop. Pricing is a floor plus a meter: Operator at $5,000/mo (any two flagships, 500 served addresses, the Pulse) — from $60K/yr; $5 per served address beyond the allotment, trued up quarterly and never retroactively; +$2,000/mo per flagship beyond two; Portfolio from $180K/yr. Worked examples: a $20M operator pays $60K (0.30% of revenue), $60M pays $174K (0.29%), $200M pays $360K (0.18%). The prior "Closed Loop" tier name and per-module pricing are retired; the design partner remains on grandfathered terms, honoured as agreed. The measured result stands corrected upward from the Q1 figure: $300K surfaced, $100K captured in the 90-day sweep — 5× against the $60K floor, 3.3× realized on the partner’s grandfathered entry. SKU Mapping is renamed SKU Morphology. Module-era pages moved to sunset with redirects. Allometry Labs opens with counted-market benchmarks; the public design-partner case study publishes mid-September.

v 0.6 · the substrate

Sixteen modules became six · and coverage went up.

— July 26, 2026

The correction to v 0.5. That release expanded the surface from 12 modules to 16; tagging all 55 operator calls to the single problem each led with showed that eleven of the sixteen carried zero primary demand — and that nothing in the set covered AP or AR, the fourth-largest cluster. Narrowing to six raised call coverage from 82% to 93%.

New§ /substrateThe ontology, published. Nine canonical objects — Unit, SKU, Address, Account, Event, Commitment, Target, Attestation, Line — each carrying two numbers that are never averaged: an Actual derived from an append-only event ledger, and a Target set or worked backwards from the enterprise value you want. Every agentic decision is the delta between them.
New§ /ledger · /oracleRoadmap surfaces, stated honestly. Attestation and selective disclosure are built and tested; the ledger they sign over is empty until the backfill runs, and the page says so rather than implying otherwise. Oracle ships after the ontology — a chat interface over an incoherent object model is a demo, not a product.
New§ /implementation · /gtm-engineerBoth add-ons get real pages. Implementation is SKU-ification — decomposing revenue and cost lines into SKUs with install time and sales effort attached — not setup, and priced $7,500–15,000 accordingly.
Changed§ /pricingTwo shapes. $2,000/mo per module, or Closed Loop priced by revenue and installed addresses across nine bands from $2,500 to $40,000/mo. All figures per month, billed annually; monthly +15%.
Changed§ ROIThe 5× claim is withdrawn. Running our own formula against our own bands returned 1.8×–4.4× on recurring value. The published $700K–$1.4M range only reached 5× by counting a one-time working-capital release as though it repeated every year. It does not. 3× recurring is the honest number, and it is still better than most operating software.
Changed§ navOne taxonomy instead of two. The Outcomes menu (DealOps, FinOps, MarOps, The Vault) was the module set under different names; retired from the nav, pages retained. Modules now group Operate · Grow · Included · Coming soon · Add-ons.
Fixed§ sitemapThe sitemap was nominating 21 retired URLs at priority 0.75 while containing zero entries for the current product spine — the entire six-module set was invisible to crawlers. Corrected to 74 URLs.
Fixed§ homepageTwo figures that did not exist — “$150K recovered” and “13.7× ROI” — replaced with the one provable number: $300K of margin leak found, $100K recovered, one design partner, one 90-day sweep. Design-partner identifying detail removed.
v 0.5 · site

Series-B-shaped surface · shipped pre-seed.

— May 11, 2026

The largest single shipping day this cycle. Module surface re-expanded from 12 → 16 with three net-new modules. Five new comparison pages, the industry report, the ROI calculator, the API preview, the customer login. Honesty pass closes out across every page that touched fictional data.

New§ platformModule surface 12 → 16. Three new modules: Active Operations (Deploy · in-flight dispatch + workforce + asset telemetry), Account Substrate (Expand · unified CDP + DAM), Pulse Workflows (Govern · agent builder + SOP corpus). Contract Intelligence un-folded back into Price as M.04.
New§ marketingState of Asset-Heavy Operations 2026 industry report · /score interactive ROI calculator · /docs/api v1 preview · /customers/jwg deep-dive case study.
New§ compareFive competitive comparison pages: vs Salesforce CPQ · vs PROS · vs Vendavo · vs ServiceTitan · vs spreadsheets.
New§ trust/state · GP-only live metrics dashboard. 5 page-specific OG images. Customer-login link in nav (app.allometry.com placeholder).
v 0.4 · honesty

Pre-seed transparency, top to bottom.

— May 10, 2026

Honesty pass across every customer-facing surface. Fake operator names, fake compliance claims, fake offices, fake team members — all gone. Site now passes the grep test: zero false claims about scale, team, customers, or certifications.

Removed§ /securityWas claiming SOC 2 Type II ACTIVE with Schellman + ISO 27001 ACTIVE with BSI Group + HIPAA + GDPR/CCPA active. None of those certifications exist yet. Now honestly: SOC 2 Type I on roadmap H2 2026, Type II 2027, ISO 27001 architected for. Removed noindex.
Removed§ /about + /customers + /contactRemoved 8 fake team members (Eleanor Sato, Marcus Liang, Priya Anand, etc.), 4 fake offices (Brooklyn, Berlin, Denver, Amsterdam), 6 fake operator case studies (Northbeam Fiber, ChargeRoute, Helio Solar, etc.), fake "$28M raised · Quietwater · Concrete · Ridge Lane" investor list. Replaced with honest pre-seed framing.
Improved§ /memo + brandMemo CSS aligned to brand tokens (was off-brand amber accent + khaki rails). Mock-widget tokens codified into shared/site.css single source of truth.
New§ datadata/state.json — single source of truth for DP count, raise, pipeline, modules. Pages reference this rather than duplicating numbers.
v 0.3 · ladders

Underwriting ladders · five new industries.

— May 08, 2026

Each industry page got a 6-lever underwriting ladder showing the actual math operators in that vertical compete on — composite KPI per industry, plus McKinsey-style hypothetical case study attribution. Telecom was the template; five more landed this release.

New§ /industries/hvacPer-call gross margin composite (38.4%) + 6 levers: labor hours, parts margin, truck-roll utilization, contract renewal, first-time fix.
New§ /industries/ev-charging5-yr site IRR composite (12.4%) + 6 levers: build cost/stall, utilization, demand charge, maintenance, energy margin.
New§ /industries/constructionProject gross margin composite (10.8%) + 6 levers: bid win rate, margin slip, CO capture, sub-default risk.
New§ /industries/industrial-iotComposite deployment IRR (38%) + 6 levers: sensor cost, deployment cost, data uptime, predictive→reactive, year-2 ROI.
New§ /industries/logisticsLane contribution margin composite (22.4%) + 6 levers: cost/pallet-mile, empty miles, dock turn, driver retention, hub utilization.
v 0.2 · SVG

New visual language · SVG-heavy.

— May 07, 2026

The audit said: "visual sophistication peaks on /platform and /manifesto then drops off a cliff." This release closes that gap. Eight new signature SVG visualizations across the highest-traffic pages — all inline, theme-aware, prefers-reduced-motion respected.

New§ /architecture6-layer substrate diagram. Source systems → canonicalization → canonical graph (ADDRESS as the atom, pulsing) → Pulse scoring → commercial agents → operator workflows. Feedback loop arrow on the right.
New§ / (home)Live address-graph in the hero. 4 decision types (Quote/Dispatch/Bill/Renew) flowing across a 36-dot grid into 4 outcomes (Score/Route/Variance/Risk). 30s loop, animated curves.
New§ 4 loop pagesSignature SVG per loop: /price margin-floor histogram (16 quotes, 4 flagged below 28% floor) · /deploy route optimizer (3 trucks animating along curved routes) · /expand territory growth grid (70 cells filling Q1→Q4) · /govern audit-trail terminal (7 hash-chained decisions).
New§ /design-partners + /humanoids4-stop cohort onboarding timeline (Apply→Onboard→Build→Scale) + humanoid task-routing visualization (address-graph → decision engine → humanoid with 4 task zones).
v 0.1 · manifesto

The manifesto · the thesis lands.

— May 04, 2026

Long-form thesis goes public. "Software is 2-3% of every dollar in the field service economy. The other 97% has never had a system of record." The manifesto + the architecture + the memo together became the strategic anchor of the site.

New§ /manifestoLong-form thesis. 6 chapters: the wager, the atoms, the substrate, the thick slice, three layers, convergence. Filed: 2026-05-04 · ~9 min read · noindex (investor + customer preview).
New§ /architectureInvestor preview: 3 pillars (canonicalization · Pulse scoring · commercial agents) + the stack + the framing. Honest current state: SaaS + early ML; AI-native architecture is what this round funds.
New§ /memoFull investment memo: problem, why-now, solution, competition, founder, GTM, distribution, output, fundraising, summary, Q&A, appendix.
Q1 · the proof

the design partner (confidential) · first DP signed.

— April 2026

The first signed design partner — anonymized publicly as "Confidential · pallet manufacturing · Quebec · ~300 customers." The 90-day sweep surfaced what built the platform.

New§ design partnerFirst DP signed Q1 2026. 6 source systems unified into one canonical graph across ~300 customers. Bilateral MSA, founder pricing locked.
New§ Margin GuardFirst production agent live with the design partner. Scores every quote against margin floor before it leaves. Surfaced $150K+ of unflagged margin loss + 68% supplier concentration risk in the 90-day sweep.
New§ raise$1.5M pre-seed — opening mid-September 2026. SAFE · MFN · founder governance. A larger round to follow.
