This website and the free Margin Leak Scan are provided as-is. The scan is an analysis based on the data you provide; it is an estimate, not a warranty, an audit, or financial advice. You keep the results either way, and you are responsible for decisions made with them.

The product

Use of the Allometry platform is governed by a signed customer agreement, which takes precedence over these terms. Pricing published on this site is indicative; the agreement states the binding commercial terms.

What you may not do

• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to share the data you submit.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to access another customer's workspace or non-public areas of the service.
• Resell or republish site content or scan output as your own commercial product.

Intellectual property

The Allometry name, marks, site content, and software are ours. Your data stays yours — see the privacy policy and security page.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this website or the free scan is limited to $100 CAD. Liability for the paid product is set in the customer agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes go to the courts of Montréal, Québec.
