How long is the design partner program?

12 months minimum with a 90-day cancellation clause. You can cancel with 90 days notice at any time — no questions asked. The cancellation clause is mutual: we've put it in writing because we mean it.

Can I add loops later?

Yes. Add or remove loops anytime. Pricing adjusts immediately at your locked-in founder rate — you'll never pay standard pricing for loops you add during the program.

What happens after the program?

You keep your founder pricing for the life of your contract. When you renew, you lock in the same rates again. Founder pricing is never converted to standard pricing without your explicit agreement.

Is there a location limit?

Design partner plans include up to 500 locations — accounts, leads, or physical addresses depending on the loop. Need more? Talk to us about custom volume plans. We've accommodated operators with 2,000+ locations at partner terms.

What does the weekly sync include?

30 minutes of async review — we look at your usage metrics, flag anything unusual, and prepare a short brief — followed by 30 minutes of live sync covering product feedback, feature requests, and troubleshooting. You can bring up to 3 colleagues.

What does the GTM Engineer actually do?

Your GTM Engineer is a dedicated revenue operations specialist who configures and operates Allometry's agents on your behalf. They handle territory planning, outbound sequences, deal room setup, margin protection tuning, and weekly reporting — so you get autopilot-level outcomes without needing to learn the platform yourself. 10 hours per week, Slack-first, fully embedded in your team.
